Today we can reveal a new wave of eco-friendly plug-in hybrids – with confidential details of the next Prius and all the new models that will build on the success of Toyota and Lexus battery cars. There will be a new family of Prius hybrid models, as previously reported in CAR, as well as a new Lexus RX hybrid, sportier batter-powered cars and a top-secret petrol-electric Lexus hatchback.

This is Peugeot’s Prologue, a Paris motor show concept that preview 2009’s 3008 MPV. It’s another dot-dot-dot concept to join the RC, but the Peugeot Prologue is production ready. There’s a big egg-crate grille, boomerang rear lights and a full-length glass roof, but apart from toning down the big bumpers and sills, the Prologue should become the 3008 MPV with few other exterior tweaks.
The photos above represent the new, improved best-selling vehicle in America: The 2015 Ford F-150. What do we know so far? The new F-150's body is 95 percent high-strength aluminum while the frame is 77 percent high-strength steel.
